Shipping & Returns

Shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Costs are Calculated from postal areas as well as the Net weight of the product.

For single product purchases orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days (Mon-Fri). All orders are dispatched on a Next working day service (does not include Bank holidays)

For package orders or multiple purchases please allow 10 working days (Mon-Fri) for dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation via email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We have partnered up with TNT, DSV, and TPN for all our UK shipment, all orders are placed on a next day services however we have been informed by our couriers that due to the current situation to all this service can take up to 48 Hours from the dispatch date until delivery. you will be notified of this once dispatched. Please note we are your point of contact if there is an issue with you shipment or tracking information, if you have any issues regarding shipping then contact us on 07904971558, or email info@forgefitnessequipment.co.uk we will be happy to help.

If you know that you are not going to be home or there wont be anyone to receive you product then please inform us when you place the order or prior to dispatch, once the order is dispatched we have limited control over when it will be delivered. We require a signature upon delivery. If we have to re-issue a failed delivery then you will be charged, the product wont be dispatched again until that payment is made. To ensure this doesn't happen please leave a contact number at checkout so our copiers can contact you if there is any issue with delivery. Also let us know in good notice if you won't be in to take delivery on the given dates so we can rearrange.

Refunds and returns

  • If a refund is requested after an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be charged for the return costs by deduction from the refund amount. This is under the circumstance that you have changed your mind about wanting the product 
  • If a refund is requested before the the product has been dispatched a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
  • If your product is delivered and is faulty you have 14 days to inform us of this (info@forgefitnessequipment.co.uk) providing evidence of the fault. We will initially offer to immediately replace the faulty part. If at this point you would like to return the product then a full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the product back at our factory. We will pay for the return of the product-please note deductions will taken off the refund if the product has been misused or damaged.
  • Once you have received the product if you simply change your mind and no longer want it then we are only able to accept a return, which will be paid for by the customer, within 14 days of delivery where you will receive a refund for the product minus the return cost (£20 + £0.5 x weight in KG).
